In addition to motorised butterfly valves and globe valves, Belimo supplies unique, air bubble-tight characterised control valves for the precise control of heating and cooling circuits without energy loss. Pressure-independent characterised control valves combine functions such as measuring, controlling, shutting and automatic hydraulic balancing in a single valve unit. The forward-looking Belimo Energy Valve™ with integrated logic allows energy flows to be monitored and optimised, while the integrated Delta-T Manager ensures that the differential temperature does not fall below defined limit values.

Proven millions of times, effective immediately, the unique Belimo ball valves  available as  zone-, open-close-, change-over -and characterized control valves.
Opens up additional application possibilities and minimize the causes of errors during installation. Belimo ball valves are suitable for temperatures down to -10°C without spindle heating and up to 120°C.

A unique characterizing disc allows this economically-priced control device to provide first-class control by means of an equal-percentage characteristic – for controlling the heating and cooling power in heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems.

Classic globe valves with equal-percentage characteristic for controlling low to high flow rates. Available as a 2-way valve or mixing valve with either flanged ends or external thread. 
Also suitable for open-close duty. Actuators with an emergency control function can be supplied.

PICCV
Pressure Independent Characterized Control Valve (PICCV) is a 2-way valve that combines the functionality of a control valve and a differential pressure regulating valve, creating ONE precise valve which is unaffected by pressure variations in a system.

EPIV
The EPIV is a 2-way valve which is unaffected by pressure variations in a system. The EPIV directly measures flow by combining a magnetic flow meter and a 2-way control valve. The actuator has a powerful algorithm that modulates the control valve to maintain the flow setpoint set by the controller. The flow reading is reported back to the controller using a standard signal, and this value can be used by the Building Automation System to perform advanced control and energy strategies. The EPIV is a valve designed specifically for HVAC applications.

Belimo ZoneTight™

The QCV Quick Compact Valve belongs to an new generation of Belimo ZoneTight™ room and zone solutions. It is comprised of a space-saving 2-way ball valve (DN15) and an electromechanical rotary actuator and offers various advantages such as an air bubble tight-closing valve in accordance with EN 12266-1, lightning-fast manually adjustable kvs value from 0.25 to 4.5, rotary valve resistant to soiling and «force fit» and many more.
